State Rep. Buddy Carter will announce at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 6 that he will be a candidate for the Georgia Senate, District 1. The Obama campaign has some people in Savannah for a few weeks. They need beds. If anyone could house one or more staffers, please contact Joe Steffen at steffj@aol.com or 912-944-4430. They are young, polite, and reasonably tidy. Also overworked, so you would hardly see them.
